Sleep has lots of benefits. Getting enough sleep improves your mood and makes it easier to manage stress and anxiety. Your body has a natural need for sleep. Unfortunately, sometimes things interfere with this drive and prevent us from sleeping.
Stress and anxiety in particular can interfere with your sleep. However, there are powerful tools that you can use to significantly dial down your distress to get a good night’s sleep.
